Terms & Conditions

General

• All groups must submit a copy of their insurance cert before commencing
• All groups must be supervised and have a designated co-ordinator when on-site

During term-time and non-residential summer lettings, due to the ongoing presence of boarding pupils / residential lettings on-site:

• Adult only groups are preferred
• Car numbers are strictly limited; drivers must abide by the ‘pedestrian priority’ policy and obey parking guidance
• Times given for group arrival and departure must be adhered to. Other activities may be happening before or after your one and changing facilities are in demand.

Residential Summer lettings:

• Specific terms and conditions will be agreed in advance with groups depending on the requirements of the group and the school.
